TERMS OF SERVICE
OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU
Our work is covered for 4 days for the date of the exit clean being carried out. This covers all items listed on this site under the title of End of Lease Cleaning. Upon completion of the clean a receipt will be provided as proof of work being carried out for your Real Estate Agent. Our commitment also allows for enough time for your Real Estate Agent to attend the property under the Tenancy Act to inspect the clean. If your agent is not completely satisfied, on written notice (or via email) we will return within 24 hours to rectify any cleaning issues listed by your Agent.
BOOKING A CLEAN OR ADDITIONAL SERVICE
You can book a clean or an additional service by calling 0434 857 850 or send an email to us on firstname.lastname@example.org. Most of our cleaning or additional services are carried out from 8.30am and will be completed by the end of the day excluding extraneous circumstances, or the size of the work that is being carried out. In general we work a 5 day working week however alternative times can be arranged to accommodate your schedule. We currently service the Gold Coast Region & surrounding suburbs.
ON THE DAY
We require that the premises to be cleaned are empty of furniture (unless otherwise advised prior). Our office will call you a minimum of 24 hours prior to the clean being carried out to confirm with you time and date.
CONFIRMATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once a clean has been arranged with our office we will contact you 48 hours prior to the booked date to confirm times and addresses. If you cancel the booking less than 48 hours prior to the booked date a $75.00 cancellation fee will be charged to you.
All payments are to be made either prior to the work being carried out or on the day, we do not accept cash and 7 day invoices will only be provided to established clients or businesses on completion of application form.
